Bison Booster Donation
McCook Clinic, P.C. and Southwest Nebraska Physical Therapy recently donated $4,145 raised from last year’s sports physicals to Tom Wiemers and Jennifer Morgan of the McCook Bison Booster program. The donation comes from performing 276 athletic physicals in 2019 for McCook Public Schools and is a donation we are proud to have made for countless years in a row. It helps support McCook Public Schools athletic programs and we are always excited to see that money benefit the kids in our community.

covid-19 precautions
at McCook Clinic As of 7/30/2020
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have made some changes that we feel will best protect you, your loved ones and our staff.
【1】If possible, please come alone to your appointment. If you must bring a guest, they will be screened at the front desk. Both you and your guest need to bring a mask to wear the entire time you are in the building.
【2】If you are bringing a child in for a visit, only one parent/guardian is allowed to come with the child. No siblings will be allowed at this time.
【3】Anyone entering the building will be screened with a temperature check and a series of questions.
【4】All patients are required to wear a mask at this time and must bring their own. This excludes children under 2 and select individuals with health problems preventing mask wearing.
We appreciate your understanding and patience at this time as we are doing everything we can to make sure we are able to continue to provide you with the best healthcare possible.

URAC Level 1 qualified
Some exciting news! SERPA-ACO (the Accountable Care Organization that McCook Clinic is a part of) has achieved 100% on the URAC Level 1 and is now URAC Level 1PCMH Qualified.
We have worked very hard to implement process changes and steps to meet and exceed the criteria developed by URAC to become a qualified Patient Centered Medical Home and we are proud of this accomplishment. There is still a lot of work to do as we continue through this process, but we are definitely on the right track to continued improvement in the care and services we offer our patients.
